Hey friends can u guide me about the topic if yes plzz guide.....

i had completed my articleshp under a C A firm for 1 yr and 15-16 dayss and i have taken holiday for around 5 months so any one can let me know can i transfer with out giving proper info to institute or i shud give proper reason y i want to change...

just 15 to 20 days are up so what shud i do...

plz let me knw asap

Have a word with ur boss if he allows u 2 take transfer. As far as I know transfer cases r allowed only in case u change city for more refer icais rules and regulations. Matually discuss things with ur boss coz if he submits something else 2 Icai n u give some other reasons both of u will be in trouble. He will escape stating that u took leaves n all from him for 5 months n he will have diary 2 prove that also wat abt u then u have any proof u didn't take leaves. Better talk 2 him
