ACCORDING TO THE ME I THINK THAT THE TRANSFER OF THE ARTICLE SHOULD BE STOP AND IT SHOULD BE ALLOWED IF AND ONLY IF HE HAS VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM IN IT THEN ONLY IT SHOULD BE ALLOWED

Hi Harsh.
Transfe of Articleship should not be stopped.Because if a student feel that in a firm in which he is doing articleship is not properly getting knowledge he can take transfer from the firm or he is not getting time for studying.So he can join the another firm in the nearest area. As you know that there is three or three half & year articleship. AT LEAST ONE TRANSFER SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO THE STUDENT.
