small traders tried to upload TRANS 1 on 28th December 2017 submitted but not uploaded how to rectify this now because of which subsequent 3 B is not uploaded

Yes , But anyhow business has to run know , some remedy to be given, any law there is condonation or delay process will not result in rejecting the bonafide credit
how to solve this issue,
DSC could not be uploaded due to technical reasons
