HI FRIEND FIRST YOU SAW YOUR COMPANY IS REGISTERED IN ICSI INSTITUTE OR NOT? IF IT IS REGISTERED THEN YOU GET AN EXEMPTION PROCEDURE. JUST GO THROUGH THE INSTITUTE WEBSITE AND APPLY FOR EXEMPTION.
