1) It is observed that under the name of CAclubindia - TM - Whether it is stands for unregistered trade mark?
2) Whether i can use TM for any word which i have created in my mind for any free service ?
3) Whether website name can be register for trade mark ?
4) What are the tihing can not be register ? (Say i presume that i want to register "taxchannel" (ficticious) whether i can register that word which is general in nature )
5) what is cost of registeration ?
6) How it can check that the word which i like is not already registered by other before making applicable for registration ?
