Total Income in ITR-2 less than 5 lakhs, can ITR-2 be filed offline?

If Total Income (Part B - TI) computed in ITR-2 (AY 17-18) Java/Excel utility is less than 5 lakhs, can ITR-2 be filed offline?

Details:

There is no refund claim/no TDS.

LTCG - Rs. 3,60,00,000

Deduction u/s 54EC - Rs. 50,00,000

Deduction u/s 54F (CGAS) - Rs. 3,10,00,000

Practical advise to File online. since they will issue scrutiny notice otherwise as they never have details of offline returns filed. Theoretically, you can file offline.

only itr 1 and itr 4 can be filed offline(paper) and having super senior citizen or individual having less than income 500000 and no claim of refund .
