Our comapany TOT sales on qurterly crossed 10 lakhs during the qurarter October-07 to Dec-08
At present We received one notice from CT section 17[3] of vat act 2005 every dealer whose taxbale turnover in the preceeding 3 months exceeds 10 lakhs shall libale to registed as a vat dealer.
Our comapany TOT sales on qurterly crossed 10 lakhs during the qurter Oct-07 to Dec -08.
Amendment of Section 17 in section 17 of the pricipal ACt.
Every dealer whose taxable turnover in the twelve preceding months exceedds Rs.40,00,000 lakhs shall be registred as a value added tax dealer.
as per above section is amended thrre is effect from date jsut amended only.
is it applicable for amendment for previous 07-08 period.
