though ipcc pass percent is good.

many of converted students from pe2 to ipce didnot cleared ipcc exam and thier marks r very low compared to recently directly joined in ipcc students . it think institute intentionally failing this students and playing with thier life . it is really it is shocking. dal me kuch kaala hey! only god knows!?
