Clichéd as it may sound it was damn lengthy. Questions looked familiar from PM but very very lengthy IMO.

True! I felt Nov 15 paper was better.. Even 5 marks quesns were lengthy this time.. Like wth :O 

People at my centre were too happy which scared me a bit since I thought paper was very lengthy and this automatic reduction of few marks.

Easy but lengthy

How was qn. no 1(d) transportation problem supposed to be solved?

No basic solution was given for optimal test.

We should find ibfs first !! 

You had to find IBFC and then optimality - really a lengthy question. Cant be given for 5 marks
