to reverse entries from B2C to B2B

I had been paying rent for my office premises and had been given bill for it. but because of some mistake my landlord accountant entered bill details in b2c instead of b2b. is it possible to delete the entries from b2c and re-enter it in b2b.

As per Your query it's entered in GST returns or only in accounting software...?

In GST return they have showed in B2C.

my invoices were of 17-18. so can they do it in 30.09.18 return as they haven't submitted their returns yet.
