I have a query on section 560.A company incorporated in 09 / 2010 is showing status 'under process of strike off''. The action was taken suo moto by ROC u/s 560. ROC might have issued show cause notice which the company maintains to have not been received.
How to get the status of the company changed to 'Active' and file the pending returns.
