Output tax being collected and remitted on first sale in Tamilnadu and reported in the exact month by remitting exact tax, within the stipulated time.
But, in the other end, the officials not accepting the input claim of our customers ( To whom we have sold materials ) and issuing notices to them, to reverse the ITC, because of non visibility of the entry in their software.
Purely, it is the technical problem and how to settle the subject amicably with the department and as well as to the customer.
