1. What is the procedure for get TN VAT - C Form from Sales Tax Office for 2012-13 Bills?
2. Now how can i issue & Collect C fom by Online Mode?

For the period prior to 2014 (Before online forms issue started)you need to contact the local tax office and get the manual stationery and issue form. Follow the same procedure what is being followed before this online forms issuance with tax office.
