Time Limit for filing appeal against AC Order

Within sixty days  from the date of the communication to him of such decision or order.

                As per section 35 , you may appeal against the order of AC, within the 60 days  from the date of communication to you  such order.

Provided that the comissioner ( appeals) may, in a perticular case, allow it to be presented within further period of 30 days..
