What is the time limit for filing appeal before Commissioner (Appeals) against the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner ?

Time Limit for filing appeal against AC Order

Within sixty days from the date of the communication to him of such decision or order.
Mr Arun is absolutely right.

dear sir ,
As per section 35 , you may appeal against the order of AC, within the 60 days from the date of communication to you such order.
Provided that the comissioner ( appeals) may, in a perticular case, allow it to be presented within further period of 30 days..
