I received notice u/s 143(1)(a) regarding Adjustments in Income / Deductions
But I could not reply within 30 Days.
Is there any Option to Claim Refund or Response now ?

the option is available now you can submit response they extended time limit
Write to your jurisdictional ITO and get your issue resolved. ITO's are very helpful and they will guide you properly.
