Till how much capital proprietorship is allowed
i want to know that till how much capital one can continue a proprietorship firm.

No limit for Proprietor Capital,,, Only the requirement is , TO JUSTIFY the amount employeed as capital into Proprietorship business. In other words, if Proprietor showing his capital employeed Rs 30 lacs than he must be able to justiy from where he brought the amount to invest in proprietorship business, if loan taken from bank is not showing...
