hello sir... I want to prepare contractor p & l account.. in that income receiving from different 2 3 companies.. thn how to show income..??

should I show 3 different companies income in diff column with name... ?
all companies are giving different bills.. in that they are ded our TDS and also retention amt... plz tell me should i take retention amt in balancesheet....?

All income Treated and clubed as Sales accordingly 26AS .
Retension amts are some kind of deposit secuirty its a refundable amt hence you need to show in your balance sheet under currrent investment .
