Things require to be learned in article ship training

It depends on the work you get from your prospective principal and the nature of assignments you get from the clients... anyways in overall, you have to be sound with Accounting Standards/ IFRS, Basic Tax matters, Basic company law nd secretarial matters.. Given you are an Ipcc student, you would have had some fair knowledge on all of the above when you prepared for exams itself..

that wil jus be enough to act as launch pad for articleship. Once you get in, you will start learning many advanced things as the articleship goes..

Since during articles as far as my experience no 1 in the firm will tell us the way things are to be done,,, we need to learn the things by increaseing the rrpo with the seniors and by learning few things from the books for ex: if your going for stock audt.. you need to learn from the books how to do the inventory audit and then implement the same practically.. next thing you need to learn the things by turning the pages............

MY SUGGESTION IS JUST TO GO OUT GET A BOOK ABOUT THE BOOK WANT YOU NEED TO READ REGARDING THE WORK GIVEN TO YOU IN THE OFFICE BY THE END OF THE TASK U WOULD BE BOTH THEORITICALLY AND PRACTICALLY XPERIENCED
