The gst rate will changes 28% to 18% which one is taking in GSTR 1 FILE for the month of august to September
if the. according to act sone items rate is 28% and after the October amandment of gst council the rate will reduce 18%. i am collecting the gst at 28 % but in After the October council the rate is 18 % . what is considered to the GSTR 1 for the month of august and September 2017

In this case the new tax rate have been applicable from 14th November, 2017,so you must be file the return till September in previous rate

SO BEFORE 14-11-2017 ALL THE INVOICES SHOWN @ 28% RATE
AND AFTER THAT @ 18%
