termination of articleship
If I would take termination from my CA principal under medical ground, can I rejoin other firm in same city?

yeah but the conditions is that medical grounds requiring discontinuous of articles for a minimum period of three months (on production of a medical certificate issued by a government hospital)

@ Nikita its really not easy to get medical certificate from government hospital.I had genuine health problems and wanted to terminate my articles few years back.i had all medical records of chronic condition yet they did not entertain anything.
