Termination of articles

Recently I have taken termination on 26 nov and I posted form 109 to icai on 27 Nov but I forgot to give my bank details in form 109 .Till now I didn't get any response from icai chennai and list of articles under my principal is still showing my name . Is there any consequences that I have to face .I have taken termination within 7 months .Please give me suggestions.Thanks in advance

Shall I send my new articles reregistration form without waiting for reply from icai!!! Please suggest me.Thanks in advance
