Termination in 3rd year, having excess leave

Articleship 206 views 1 replies

Hello, Preofessionals
I have applied for a Termination/transfer of CA - Articleship in my 3rd year, with excess leave, which is pending for approval from Regional office.
In my SELF SERVCE PORTAL login, it is showing excess leave of few days.

please brief me on what to be done.

I am yet to register in new form 103 with my new Principal, for the left over period (of 3rd year articleship)

My imp Doubts that I would like you clarify are:

1.  Can I compensate the excess leave taken from my previous firm in my new firm?
2. If yes, can I add the excess leave to the left over period (of 3rd year articleship) and re register with new principal?

Please Clarify, It is highly important and urgent!

NO
Excess leaves are adjusted only in 2 situations.
1) when articleship ends
2) when you take another transfer

In your case, you can not adjust excess leaves during rejoining in the new firm
These excess leaves will also be included while calculating your ca final attempt

Leaves are proportional and not on a yearly basis
