Tell me yoru strength & weekness (interview)?

My weakness is that my handwriting is not good.......

We can put it in this way... Assume my interview is at Ernst & Young. I will say my weakness is whatever work i was assigned, I will try to complete with full accuracy, quality and always try to do with very good presentation, particularly when there will be a presentation being given to outsiders by my reporting authority. So, while looking for that quality/good presentation in my work assignment, I have not able to meet the deadline in one or two situations. But slowly I improved myself to complete the same quality / presentation of work within the deadlines.. So, in that way the interviewer can think that we have the required skills to present the work with quality within the deadlines of the works. In that way one can impress the E&Y interview..Ofcourse, the tag line of E&Y, as you all know, is "Quality in Everything We Do".. So, depending upon the interviewing company and the reputation it had in the market, we have to showcase our strengths and weaknesses by framing suitable examples in such a way that it should look as a plus point to the company side.

Its a superb reply i have even read.. grt going.. in your answer on one aide you are starting from strengths and other side you are showing some points which in any ways can not be said to be your weeknesses.
