Our 5 employees had purchased an online subscripttion from a Singapore based academy which provides online access and tutorials during the period of subscripttion. Each subscripttion costs RS 35000/-
Now we are supposed to reimburse the subscripttion charges. However, clarification is required related to TDS/Withholding Tax.
Whether TDS/Withholding Tax will be applicable or not in this case?
