07 April 2012Transporter providing service in Nepal only, but billing in India required to deduct TDS ? He dont have PAN in india.What should be TDS rate applicable ?

THANKS FOR REPLY!... Transporter is not at all deals in India, hence he has neither applied for PAN in india nor going to claim in Nepal.
