I am receiving rent of Rs. 18,000 / month.
kindly help me to skip TDS.

Hi Nandeesh,
You can make joint onwership of your property. In such case 180000 limit of TDS will be applicable to each joint onwer of property. Thereby you can skip TDS problem.
