Hi,

How to show the Lower deduction at 0% in the TDS return under Section 197.

and my question is that weather these transaction should be shown in the  tax Audit.

No, You are not required to report such transactions in Tax audit Report ...

No, i think you have to report he same in tax audit report 3CD in point no.34. There is a separate column provide to disclose such lower deductions in point no.34 Please check
