What is a Last Date of Filing TDS 4 th Qtr. Returns and also pls. let me know what is a last date of Filing Annual Return of TDS.
What are the Consequence i.e. penalty if no return is filed for the 4th Qtr. as well as Annual Return. Pls Explain in Details
Due date for 4th Quarter is 15th May. As of now the delay in filing attracts a penalty of Rs. 100 per day. But Union budget has imposed a mandatory late filing fees of Rs. 200 per day of delay.
