TDS Return filing - Whether form 26 or 26Q Should be Filed

File 26Q 4 return.

At your option u can also file returns for first 3 quater as NIL return .

I suggest u to file Nil return for Q1 Q2 & Q3

& detail return for Q4.

But I want to know why Annual return Form 26 is not being filed and Form 26 Q is filed.

Since Form 26 is a annual return for payment made for other than salary.
 

u need to file 26Q for Q4.

Please remember that now it is neccesary to file NIL tds return if there is no transaction during quarter

Sir, 

i have filled 26q q1 and 26q q2 , for the same challan but i have to fill only for q2 4 days before, now i want to cancel q1 tds filied, but while i am going to download consolidated statement it, shows challan details not matched, so how to cancel q1 return, plz help me.
