TDS not deducted

TDS not deducted on Interest paid to NBFC due to nil deduction certificate recd by NBFC for f.y. 2017-18.

TDS returns already filed for f.y. 2017-18 but forgot to report nil deduction Transactions.

Is it mandatory to report such transactions in TDS return

if yes, what remedy​?

Purchase of software is capital intangible asset purchase and not liable to TDS.
