Can I get my TDS for assessment year 2020-21 still by filing my ITR .

After deducting your  payable tax  for F.Y 19-20  , if any TDS  is refundable of  F.Y 19-20 , A.Y 20-21  for that  you have to take approval  from CIT  for  filing  of Income Tax return for F.Y 19-20  , then only  you can file return and claim refund .
