Hi,
I am filing the returns for AY 2019-20. I have salary income around 7 lakh from my employers. Bank FD of around 60000 for which 6000 TDS is deducted under 194A.
Apart from this I also have two winning under 194B in Form 26AS of around 4700000 for which TDS is already deducted.
Can i claim the refund of the above deducted TDS under 194B in Schedule 2 of TDS or I can only claim on FD under 194A.
In case of Winning Income Tax Rate Apply 30%+4% not allowed slab rate benefit
You can claim Slab Rate benefit in case of Interest on FDR
Your Income Fall under The Slab 5 Lakh to 10 Lakh if you have no dedoction under Chapter 6 of Income Tax Act
You can Not claimed TDS Refund because TDS deducted @ 10 % on Interest on FDR and your Income Fall under @ 20 %
