how to claim TDS refund in case: 

original return already filed on time and processed with rent income shown and tax paid by self without TDS claim since TDS not reflected in 26AS.

Tenant will only file TDS deducted after 31st December. Now How to claim refund as revised return can not be filed after 31st deadline. Whats the solution to this? Need help
