SCh FA declaration - guidance on the filling of the CSV file as provided in the schedule

To declare FA of company allotted shares which are not transacted for any sale.

The Schedule provides a CSV file to be downloaded and has fileds to be filled in and uploaded.

Need guidance on the filling of the CSV file.

For foreign company shares that are allotted but not sold, you must disclose them in Schedule FA – Table A2 if the assessee is Resident & Ordinarily Resident. In the CSV file, report the allotment date, initial investment value (in INR), repeat the same amount as peak and closing value, and enter zero income if no dividend was received. Accurate completion of each column is mandatory to avoid validation errors.
