I have a small clarification reg. TDS deduction on Land handover by Govt.
Situation: We have agricultural land in ap that land handover by govt. they are paid some amount after all deductions..like taxes and tds..this tds amount we are claim or not .how it will be shown in Income Tax Return.please explain the procedure.

u must claim your tds on land in your return, otherwise u get notic of 143(2) from income tax is possible...
so that u claim it no your return..
