TDS REFUND

MY CLIENT ARE MINOR DURING F.Y 2019-20 .BUT TDS DEDUCTED BY A COMPANY AS A PROFESSIONAL ARTIST IN HER NAME.SHE HAS A PAN CARD BEING A MINOR.HOW SHE GET REFUND FROM INCOME DEPARTMENT U/194J.HER INCOME IS BELOE TAXABLE LIMIT.
