TDS REFUND

Hello sir,

The total income from the head salaries is 2,74,000 after deductions, and income from other sources stands at 12,656 (via a Bank FD). TDS has been paid on bank FD @ 10% at 1,200.

since the said person is under the 3,00,000 income range for AY 2019-20 can he get a refund of the TDS amount paid, as he is eligible for a rebate of 2500 u/s 87A ?
