WHAT WOULD BE THE TDS RATE ON LEAVE ENCASHMENT FOR A.YEAR 15-16

There is no separate rate of TDS for leave encashment. It is taxable under the head salaries and TDS provisions are applicable as per section 192. Rate of tax would depend upon the total income as well as the age of the individual. For more details: https://www.charteredclub.com/income-tax-slabs/
