TDS on brokerage u/s 194 H is 10% in case of individuals, HUF and Others if borkerage exceeds Rs 5,000/- p.a. for the financial year 2012-13.
TDS on Insurance Commission U/s 194D is to be done when the Threshold Limit exceeds Rs.20000/- @ 10%
