I want to know TDS rate on royalty paid to foreigners being Company or Non company.

The TDS rate on royalty for NRI Company is 10.5575 and for NRI individual/HUF/AOP/BOI/Firm/Company with aggregate payment less than Rs.1crore = 10.3% and with aggregate payment exceeding Rs.1 crore = 11.33%

Gross Payments less than Rs. 1 Cr. - 10.30 %
Gross Payments More than Rs. 1 Cr - 10.5575
For Others than Company
Gross Payments less than Rs. 1 Cr. - 10.30 %
Gross Payments More than Rs. 1 Cr - 11.33 %

RATE OF itAX IS 10% LUS SURCHAGE 2 2.5% PLUS ED. CESS ONLY IF AGREEMENT IS ENETRED ON OR AFTER 01.06.2005.
IF EARLIER IT WILL BE @ 20% UP TO 01.06.1997.

I am refereing to Royalty payments for usage of copyright and with ref to USA.
As refering to referencer issued by BCA and on some sites where TDS rates are available its specified as below:
TDS is 10% for equipment rental and for services anicialry thereto
a. for other cases 1-5 yrs of agreement 15% if govt or specified organisation is payer.20% in other cased.
b. subsequent yrs 15% for all cases.
