what is tds rate for seva security service (industrial security consultants)provided to us whether under 94c 1% or 2% or 94 j 10%?????????????

tds u/s 94C is applicable. if the organisation is a proprietorship concern then 1% otherwise 2%.
Yes it is a contractual service provided by the entity So sec 194 C will be applicable. To covered in 194J it should be technical sercice or professional service. so here it is not applicable.
