06 September 2012I have received some of services from my parent company ( From spain) like training, and techincal services, for that they are charging us querterly basis some service invoices.
We dont have any agreement for this services.
Earlier i deducted 20% of tds, now we got the pan number i am going to deduct tds at the rate 10%
Is this correct?
Please help me in this regards

Yes training and technical service falls under 194J and attracts TDS rate of 10%.

10% TDS in correct but not as per Sec 194J
It is : Rate given in Sec 115A or Rate as Per DTAA whichever is beneficial to the assessee.
