Is a physical PAN card mandatory for property registration or is it sufficient to have a PAN number and photocopy of the PAN card?
I seem to have misplaced my PAN card and the registration is next week, so not enough time to get a replacement PAN card.

No, a physical PAN card is generally NOT mandatory.
In most cases, PAN number + a photocopy (or e-PAN) is sufficient, provided the PAN details can be verified.
