i have paid a broker Commission of RS 17000 last year but i didnt knew it hass exceeded 15000 i have not filed TDS for that also i dnt even got TAN number still
in case of proprietor if in previous year your accounts were not liable for Tax audit then in year under consideration there is no need to deduct TDS ... then too as RAJA sir said it's better to consult your CA
