I purchased a software licence and i treated it as an expense (not capitalised) .
Whether I need to deduct TDS if yes then under which Section of IT Act
If I would capitalise it , capitalising the purchase is good or not?

No need deduct TDS for purchase of Software except received any Services
services like? i can't get u.
In the Invoice if they mentioned software fee and installation charges seperatley then TDS to be deducted on installation charges as it is a service
if software is purchased from foreign then TDs is to be deducted not need?
