Sec 194C says
TDS is not required to be made when payment is made for serving food in a restaurant in the
normal course of running of the restaurant/cafe.
whether tds is applicable on serving food at client office.
If any catering services are done to the company it will fall under Sec194C. So TDS is to be deducted under 194C
