We are facing problem regarding TDS issue on Invoice of Gift Voucher Provider. is TDS applicable on this Invoice? plz note that invoice doesn't include ST component & invoice amt is exceeding Rs. 30,000/-, and also note that these gift voucher is used for Staff Welfare purpose.

Allow deduction of TDS.
TDS will be not be applicable if total billing during the year is less than Rs. 75000/- and no bill is equal to or above Rs. 30000/-.
