PLs can u elaborate the type of fees paid fr prmoting sales.....so tht it is mor clear whter TDS is applicable or not

Since d expnses mentioned tendsto advertising sec 194C is attracted & will be liable to tds if it exceeds the limint as revised by finance act,2010.
