Tds on sale return payments

An Indian Company exported goods to a foreign company and received the payment for the same. Later some defects were detected in the goods and sales return was made.

The Indian company now wants to refund the money. Does this payment attracts TDS under income tax? If no does the company have to follow some procedure for such payment?
