TDS on salary
My employer has deducted TDS on my salary. My question is that how to claim that TDS amount as my salary in within the taxable limit.

While filing ITR claim the tds as per 26AS
You are supposed to file ITR and show salary and other income. Same time claim TDS on salary as refund. You will get refund from ITax department. Get form 16 from your employer.

For claiming TDS in your ITR , the amount of TDS should be taken from Form 26AS or Form 16. You can view form 26AS from income tax website and ask your employer to provide you with form 16.
